Exchanges

We don't provide exchanges currently as our products sell out quickly. If you require a different size or shade, please return the item for a refund and reorder.

Refund

To start a return, please contact us at contact@shopgentleportrait.com

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return, your item must only have been tried on and should not exhibit excessive wear or damage. All original packaging elements, including inserts, need to be intact. If any packaging is absent or damaged, a portion will be deducted from your refund to cover replacement expenses.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for sending the item back (and the shipping cost) once the return has been accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund (minus our handling fee) will be sent to the original payment method. Please note that some banks can take 5-10 business days for a refund to appear on your account. 

*Our handling fees are 10% of the returned value. This fee is applied to all returns.
